Knowing the market within your community will give you the best idea as to an estimation of your home. You want what is called comparable homes. That is one area where I come in as your agent and representative.
As a Realtor, I have access to the accurate and current market called CMA or Comps. Basically, what is active, what is currently pending and what has sold. For your home’s estimated asking price, the comparable homes will be homes that have sold in recent months. This method is used for both listing and buying a home.
We also will look at the:

- Number of bedrooms
- Number of bathrooms
- Size of the lot
- Age of the homes
- Location of the homes
- Amenities and Upgrades
- Days on Market
