I bring a wealth of experience, with owning and operating my own rental properties and multifamily investment portfolio. I prioritize viewing any property first as an investment and second as a home. Understanding that real estate is one of the most significant transactions in one’s life, I approach buying and selling with a highly analytical mindset to ensure your investment aligns perfectly with your overall financial goals.

I began my real estate journey as an investor, managing a diverse portfolio of Airbnb and long-term rentals. More recently, my partners and I managed a multimillion-dollar multifamily fund at 680 units in Texas, investing capital into large multifamily syndications under SEC regulations, and working exclusively with accredited investors.

In addition, my husband and I run a real estate family business here in the valley, leading a team of agents and wholesalers specializing in off-market properties. On average, our team sells 200+ off-market properties a year as cash purchases and creative financing.

With years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate, I combine market expertise, sharp negotiation skills, and a keen eye for investment opportunities to deliver outstanding results.
